1. The Gym0 service

Gym0 provides tools for managing gyms, members, trainers, packages, rosters, payments, subscriptions, and related operational records. Features may be added, changed, or withdrawn where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, reliability, or product improvement.

2. Accounts and authorised use

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for restricting staff access to authorised people.
• You must promptly report suspected unauthorised access and must not share one-time codes, passwords, or other sign-in credentials.
• You may use Gym0 only for lawful gym-management purposes and in accordance with these terms.

3. Member and trainer information

You are responsible for having the authority, consent, and lawful purpose required to enter or manage personal information about members, trainers, staff, or other people. You must give them any notices required by law, keep records reasonably accurate, and respond appropriately to their rights requests.

Do not enter information that is excessive, unlawful, misleading, or unrelated to legitimate gym operations. Gym0 processes owner-managed records to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Plans, billing, and payment providers

Eligible owner accounts first created through Google sign-in on the Gym0 web app receive one 15-day free trial with full feature access, limited to 30 gym members and 10 WhatsApp alerts. The trial begins when the account is created, cannot be restarted on an existing account, and requires a paid subscription after it ends.

Every paid Gym0 subscription includes all features and unlimited member records for the purchased duration, per gym. Displayed prices include GST. WhatsApp allowances and additional message packs are shown at checkout. Unused credits expire with their associated plan; additional purchases add credits. Prices, taxes, plan inclusions, and renewal terms are shown before payment. A successful renewal is recorded only after the payment provider confirms it.

Payments, refunds, chargebacks, and connected payment-account services may also be governed by the payment provider’s terms. Gym0 does not store full card, bank-account, or UPI credentials.

5. Voluntary account deletion and unused balances

An owner may request account deletion from the Profile page. Deletion is scheduled for the same time after three working days. For this process, working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends. The owner may revoke the request from the Profile page at any time before the displayed deadline.

After the deadline, processing may begin and revocation will no longer be available. Completion permanently removes the Gym0 login account, owner-managed records, and uploaded images, except for limited records that must be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, or enforcement purposes. A later sign-in may create a new, empty account and will not restore deleted information.

Account deletion does not cancel outstanding chargebacks, member refunds, payment disputes, taxes, or other obligations that arose before deletion. Owners should settle and export records they need before the deadline.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Gym0, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, upload malicious material, violate another person’s rights, conduct fraudulent payment activity, scrape the service, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

7. Availability and support

Gym0 aims to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Access may be limited by maintenance, security incidents, internet or provider failures, force majeure, account suspension, or inactive subscription status. 8. Suspension and termination

Gym0 may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to prevent harm, investigate misuse, protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, address non-payment, or preserve service security. Where appropriate, Gym0 will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

9. Intellectual property

Gym0 and its software, branding, designs, and service content remain the property of their respective owners. You retain rights in the data you lawfully enter. You grant Gym0 only the permissions reasonably necessary to host, process, secure, back up, and display that data for operation of the service.

10. Responsibility and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gym0 is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, business decisions made from inaccurate owner-entered data, third-party provider failures, or loss caused by unauthorised use that the account holder could reasonably have prevented. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect service, security, payment, or legal changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or registered contact details where appropriate. Continued use after the revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance, subject to rights provided by applicable law.

12. Governing law and grievances

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts and authorities, without limiting any forum or remedy available to a consumer under mandatory law.
